F.A.R.M.S. stands for Family Agricultural Resource Management Services and is a charitable organization that offers technical services to aging farmers while reducing hunger in the farmers’ community through our 30000Acres TM food bank program. F.A.R.M.S. has provided a monthly contribution of fresh produce every month to the citizens of Foindu for the last.

Founder & coach, Dr. Ian S. Lavine is a self-talk trainer & provides Impact Sierra Leone with a monthly donation towards the cost of operating the Seeds of Life Program.

Strategic CollaborativeNetwork (SCN), our esteemed business partner, is a Black woman-owned business based in Washington, DC, committed to supporting sustainable development projects and creating opportunities to connect the Diaspora community to Africa. This year, SCN will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission by contributing resources towards our Vocational Training Center fundraising campaign. SCN and its Speak Life Tour team will travel and take part in the Ribbon Cutting ceremony of the Impact Vocational Training Center in December 2025.
The Pearl Health Foundation
Dr. Natasha Weems, DNP, AGPCNP-BC, is a distinguished healthcare professional, author, and advocate with over two decades of experience. As a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, she has served in various capacities, including inpatient care, intensive care units, outpatient primary care, home care, and as an aesthetic injector. She is the owner of Care First Wellness Med Spa in Southern California, where she combines her medical expertise with aesthetic services to enhance patients’ natural beauty. Beyond her clinical roles, Dr. Weems is a mental health advocate, autism supporter, and global peace ambassador. She hosts the podcast “Unboxed and Fearless with Dr. Natasha,” inspiring listeners to overcome barriers and thrive in their personal and health journeys. As a media correspondent, she covers red carpet events, community celebrations, and cultural moments, expanding her influence to provide positive representation for women of color in media. Through the Pearl Health Foundation, she is organizing a 2025 mission trip to improve healthcare access in targeted African regions, reflecting her commitment to global health and empowering women of color. In recognition of her extensive community service, Dr. Weems was honored with the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award in 2024

This year, AfroGlobal Travel will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission by orchestrating travel and accommodation logistics for a special team attending the groundbreaking ceremony of the Impact Vocational Training Center in Sierra Leone. Global Giving is a nonprofit that connects donors with impactful projects worldwide, offering safe contributions and providing local organizations with essential tools, training, and support. As our strategic partner, Global Giving supports the construction of the Impact Vocational Center. We will launch this partnership at our annual Christmas Day of Hope, celebrating the center’s groundbreaking by distributing gifts and essentials to the community, marking the beginning of this transformative project.
